Is there a deadline to get involved?
No. The ANC Zine Fair runs throughout December 2021 in the form of a bookstore at Bivy. The website is updated weekly with new work and you can approach us anytime throughout the month to feature your work on the website or at Bivy. When the ANC Zine Fair ends, the website still exists, minus the shopping cart function.

How can I get involved?
You can get in various different ways. As a participating artist, maker or publisher by presenting and selling your work at the fair, as a collaborating institution or independent space by collaborating on the fair events and such, and as a volunteer to help the team in different capacities. If you’re interested in joining our team email us and we’ll reach out to you.

How can I volunteer?
Our team is small and we appreciate any kind of help! If you’re interested in volunteering write us via email and we’ll meet with you. Depending on fundings sometimes we are able to offer an honorarium for your work.

How do sales work?
Each participant has a page showcasing their work. They can opt in or out of selling through the ANC Zine Fair’s website. If they opt in, their work is available to purchase through the ANC Zine Fair’s website. This allows buyers to check-out once even if they buy items from many sellers. If they opt out their page they have contact information and links to their websites, social media or online stores. This is true of participant pages that are selling on the ANC Zine Fair’s website too.

How does shipping work?
Participants that opt in to selling on the ANC Zine Fair’s website can drop off their inventory at Tent City Press on a designated day (tentatively Wednesdays 2-6PM), then the ANC Zine Fair crew packs it up and ships it in case of sale.

Local pick-up?
We’d actually prefer to do local pick-up. We have pick-up days and can safely hand stuff off at events. When checking out you will be asked for contact information, then we’ll get in touch to work with you and your schedule.
